Theodoros Athanasopoulos represented Cepal at the Delphi Economic Forum 2025

Cepal participated once again in the Delphi Economic Forum, held from April 9 to 12 in Delphi, actively contributing to the dialogue on the challenges and reforms shaping the financial landscape.

The CEO of Cepal, Mr Theodoros Athanasopoulos, took part in the panel discussion titled “The Evolving Landscape of Private Debt” on the 10th of April, highlighting Cepal’s role in supporting the Greek economy through targeted and personalised loan and credit claims resolution strategies. As was noted, “creditors today approve 80% of applications submitted through the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism for debts up to €250,000. Moreover, following the latest legislative changes, it is important that the Mechanism now offers solutions for people with disabilities and vulnerable debtors, in an objective, specific and transparent manner.”
