Theodoros Athanasopoulos represented Cepal at the Delphi Economic Forum 2025

Cepal participated once again in the Delphi Economic Forum, held from April 9 to 12 in Delphi, actively contributing to the dialogue on the challenges and reforms shaping the financial landscape.

Cepal’s CEO, Mr. Theodoros Athanasopoulos, took part in the panel discussion titled “The Evolving Landscape of Private Debt” on April 10th, highlighting Cepal’s role in supporting the Greek economy through targeted and personalized loan resolution strategies. As he noted, “creditors today approve 80% of applications submitted through the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism for debts up to €250,000. Moreover, following the latest legislative changes, it is important that the Mechanism now offers solutions for people with disabilities and vulnerable debtors, in an objective, specific, and transparent manner.”
