With the “Cepal Easy Payments” program we offer you a wide range of payment options to further facilitate the payment of your debts. We are constantly enriching our payment program with new payment methods, either cash or digital.

Cash Payments

Find out about the Bank where you can pay depending on the portfolio to which your debt belongs.

Payment at Alpha Bank or National Bankbranches (Cash & Cashier's Office)

Cepal Hellas, with the aim of continuously upgrading your experience, provides you with a wide range of payments through the "Cepal Easy Payments" Program and is constantly enriching the available payment methods either in cash or digitally for your convenience.

In order to make it easier for you to settle your debts and for their timely and smooth repayment, please see the relevant instructions below:

Check at which bank the service account is maintained (Alpha Bank or National Bank) and take advantage of the payment methods it offers.
Refer to the Securitization Disclosure Letter (if any) from the claimant regarding available payment methods per portfolio.
Find out about the DIAS Payment & electronic payment codes from the monthly debt updates (statement) you receive or in your invoice. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at (+30)2130886600, or by email at customerservices@cepal.gr

To pay your debts at Bank branches, you can visit any branch network that serves you by following the indicative instructions described below:

You can make payments to the cashier’s desk of any Alpha Bank Branch, using the Payment Code of your loan/card, indicating the name of the relevant portfolio and that these are assigned loans.

For greater convenience and to save time, in Alpha Bank branches you can also make payments through the Automatic Transaction Centre, using the Payment Code of your loan/card and following the “Third Party Financial Products” option.

You can make payments to the cashier’s desk of any National Bank Branch, using the Payment Code of your loan/card, and indicating the name of the relevant portfolio.

Payment through the network of certified OPAP points of the licensed TORA WALLET dealer network

Cepal has secured for you even more payment points throughout Greece. Using your payment code and your ID, you can pay your debts at one of the 2,500 service points of the OPAP Network. Visit your nearest service point and take advantage of the extended opening hours (Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm) free of charge.

Find the branch nearest to you by following the link https://www.tora.gr/shmeia-eksupiretisis. Then discover the points that offer “Installment Loan Payment” or the specialised network for “Installment Payment-1st transaction”, in case this is your first transaction.

Digital Payments

Payment in Web Banking

You can make payments through Alpha Bank’s web/e-banking as follows:

a. by using the Payment Code of your loan/card from the menu ” Transfers & Payments” and the option “Assigned Alpha Bank products”.

b. by using the electronic payment code DIAS from the menu “Transfers & Payments” and the option “Single Payment Transaction”.

You can make payments through the National Bank web banking with your payment code by selecting “Transfers & Payments”/ “Payment of Bills & Debts”/ “Payment of Loan Cards”.

In case you wish to make your payments from a bank other than the one where your debt service account is held, it is necessary to enter your payment code in the “Reasons/Comments” field. Please note that this method is likely to involve delays in the crediting time of the debt and possible charges.

Payment via DIAS

By using the Electronic Payment Code DIAS – if available as an option from the respective portfolio – you can make your payments via Web Banking at any bank (or at an Alpha Bank branch and/or Automatic Transaction Centre).
