Cepal Hellas is committed to ethical business practices and operations in all its entities and operating jurisdictions.
The Company's Board of Directors and Senior Management apply a "zero tolerance" approach to any incidents of misconduct or illegal activity, regardless of whether these incidents originate from Company employees or third parties that the Company works with or represents.
The Company is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability in all its activities, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Code of Conduct for Third Parties describes the Company's fundamental expectations of integrity and ethical business practices from all Third Parties with which the Company does business (ie customers, suppliers, subcontractors, agents, intermediaries, consultants, etc.). Each Third Party must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the requirements and principles set forth in this Third Party Code of Conduct.
