Cepal Solutions: the new subsidiary of the Group

Cepal Hellas proceeded with the spin-off of the “Operations Solutions” business unit and the establishment of the new subsidiary company Cepal Solutions Single-Member S.A.. The transfer was completed in May 2025, as part of the Group’s organizational restructuring and enhancement of operational readiness.

Cepal Solutions undertakes internal support services, such as document and legal procedure management, invoicing and monitoring of legal expenses, support in property- and claim-related information, as well as coordination of specialized legal services. The new company continues to serve the parent company under an external partnership model, thereby allowing Cepal Hellas to focus on its core business activities.
