ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION
Cepal Hellas holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for the implementation of a Quality Management System within its Operations Division (Support Functions & Customer Services), awarded by TÜV AUSTRIA, an internationally recognised certification body.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems and confirms that the Operations Division operates on the basis of structured processes, clearly defined practices and continuous improvement mechanisms. The standard focuses on ensuring the quality of services provided, enhancing operational efficiency, promoting the consistent application of procedures, and driving the continuous improvement of organisational performance, with the aim of meeting the requirements and expectations of relevant stakeholders.
This commitment is also reflected in the Company’s Quality Policy, which sets out the fundamental principles and framework for the ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System.
