We are pleased to announce Cepal’s successful participation in the 3rd Nevronas FESTival, which took place from November 8 to 12 at Technopolis, as part of our “The Power of All” pillar, highlighting our commitment to strengthening initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, contributing to the creation of a society with equal opportunities for all.
- With a key highlight being the open discussion by Mrs Irini Psimiti, Chief People & Communications Officer, on the dynamics of collaboration between neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals in the workplace and the resulting challenges, the Company, through its HR team, provided professional advice to the participants on creating CVs and managing interviews, with a specialised approach to supporting individuals with neurodiversity and disabilities.
- Support in serving the public throughout the festival, thanks to our team of volunteers.
- Provision of tickets to approximately 200 children from facilities hosting individuals with disabilities and autism, giving them the opportunity to attend the festival’s events.
