Smart IVR: Cepal’s new voice-based service portal for our debtors is here

We are pleased to inform you that, as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the telephone services for our debtors, Cepal’s new voice-based service portal, Smart IVR, has been operational since December 4, significantly enhancing the interaction experience with our company.

With the new Smart IVR voice portal introducing a more direct and efficient communication channel for borrowers, we continue to prioritize people at the heart of our efforts. We aim to continually optimize the services we offer, strengthening our relationship with them.
