Cepal continues its track record of distinctions at the Digital Finance Awards

Cepal’s Technology team received five distinctions at the Digital Finance Awards 2026, in significant categories of the institution. This year’s success comes in addition to the distinctions that the Company has already received in previous years at the same event.

More specifically, Cepal received Gold in the category Best Intelligent Operations, Observability & Customer Contact Platform, Silver in the categories Best CRM & Customer Analytics and Omnichannel Customer Service & Support Innovation of BFSI Services, as well as Bronze in the categories Best Consumer / SME Lending Digital Initiative and Best Intelligent Operations, Observability & Customer Contact Platform.
