DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS REQUEST FORM

By using this form, each natural person is entitled to exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) (“GDPR”) in relation to their personal data processed by Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. (“Cepal Hellas”) with headquarters at 348 Syggrou Avenue, 17674, Kallithea, Attiki, Greece.

As the controller of your personal data, Cepal Hellas, according to the applicable legislative framework, including the GDPR and Law 4624/2019 on personal data protection, undertakes to evaluate your request and proceed with its handling, when feasible, within the timeframe provided for under such framework, putting in place the necessary technical and organisational measures. In any case, you will be informed about the status of your request.

Upon completing this Data Subjects Rights Exercise Form, and and if you do not wish to submit your request electronically via the Cepal Hellas website, please send it by email to dpo@cepal.gr or by post to the address of Cepal Hellas (Cepal Hellas, 348 Syngrou Avenue, Kallithea, Postal Code 176 74), to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, with your signature duly certified (indicatively via the website of the Ministry of Digital Governance (Gov.gr) by following the relevant link or through a Citizens’ Service Centre (KEP), in order to enable your identification as a data subject.

If the request does not meet the requirements of the applicable legislation, is repetitive, or is otherwise abusive, Cepal Hellas reserves the right to impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action.
