With the “Cepal Easy Payments” program we offer you a wide range of payment options to further facilitate the payment of your debts. We are constantly enriching our payment program with new payment methods, either cash or digital.
Cash Payments
Find out about the Bank where you can pay depending on the portfolio to which your debt belongs.

Payment at Alpha Bank or National Bank branches (Cash & Cashier's Office)
Cepal Hellas, with the aim of continuously upgrading your experience, provides you with a wide range of payments through the “Cepal Easy Payments” Programme and is constantly enriching the available payment methods, either in cash or digitally, for your convenience.
In order to make it easier for you to settle your debts and ensure their timely and smooth repayment, please see the relevant instructions below:
- Check at which bank the service account is maintained (Alpha Bank or National Bank) and take advantage of the payment methods it offers.
- Refer to the Securitisation Disclosure Letter (if any) from the claimant regarding available payment methods per portfolio.
Find out about the DIAS Payment & electronic payment codes from the monthly debt updates (statement) you receive or your bill. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at (+30) 213 088 6600, or by email at customerservices@cepal.gr.
To pay your debts at Bank branches, you can visit visit any bank branch that serves you by following the indicative instructions described below:
- Alpha Bank
You can make payments at the cash desk of any Alpha Bank branch, using the Payment Code of your loan/card, stating the name of the relevant portfolio and that the loan has been assigned.
For greater convenience and to save time, in Alpha Bank branches you can also make payments through the Automatic Transaction Centre, using the Payment Code of your loan/card and following the “Third Party Financial Products” option.
- NBG
- Credia Bank
You can pay at the tellers of any CrediaBank branch (formerly Attica Bank and Pancreta Bank), using the payment code of your loan/card, stating the name of the relevant portfolio.
Payment through the network Allwyn points of the licensed TORA WALLET dealer network
Cepal has secured for you even more payment points throughout Greece. Using your payment code and your ID, you can pay your debts at one of the 2,500 service points of the Allwyn Network. Visit your nearest service point and take advantage of the extended opening hours (Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm) free of charge.
Find the service point nearest to you by following the link https://www.tora.gr/shmeia-eksupiretisis. Then discover the points that offer “Instalment Loan Payment” or the specialised network for “Instalment Payment-1st transaction”, in case this is your first transaction.

Payment through ELTA
By using the DIAS Electronic Payment Code – provided it is available as an option from the respective portfolio – you can make your payments through the tellers at ELTA branches with nationwide coverage.

Digital Payments
Payments via Web Banking
- Alpha Bank
You can make payments through Alpha Bank’s online banking as follows:
a. By using the payment code of your loan/card, from the “Transfers & Payments” menu and the option “Assigned Alpha Bank Products”.
b. By using the DIAS electronic payment code, from the “Transfers & Payments” menu and the option “DIAS One-Off Payment”.
- NBG
You can make payments through National Bank’s online banking using your payment code, by selecting “Transfers & Payments” > “Bills & Utilities” > “Loans & Credit Cards”.
In case you wish to make your payments from a bank other than the one where your debt service account is held, it is necessary to enter your payment code in the “Reference” field. Please note that this method may result in delays in crediting times and possible charges.
Payments via DIAS
By using the DIAS Electronic Payment Code – if available as an option for the respective portfolio – you can make your payments via online banking at any bank (or at an Alpha Bank branch and/or Automated Transaction Centre).
Payments via Iris e-commerce
Cepal adds to its payment methods the digital payment option via IRIS e-commerce, utilising the e-Cepal platform and the expanded capabilities it offers.
IRIS is an additional channel of the DIAS payment system. It provides customers with the ability to make payments securely through an electronic environment, with immediate debit from any bank account, free of charge and without any transaction limits.
The option of payments via IRIS is provided to both registered and non-registered customers – provided the relevant option is available for the respective portfolio.
Payments via debit card
CEPAL offers you the option to make payments using a debit card, either by visiting e-CEPAL or through a phone call with one of their representatives.
The debit card payment option is free of charge and allows you to complete your transaction in a secure environment. Supported debit cards include Visa and Mastercard from all banks, and transactions are made in euros—provided that this payment method is available for the specific portfolio (see the Payment Methods by Portfolio table).
More specifically:
- When speaking with a CEPAL representative over the phone, you’ll need to have your email address available so you can receive a unique payment link sent to your inbox. This link directs you to a secure payment page hosted by a licensed Payment Institution.
Note: The payment link is valid for 3 days. - For transactions via e-CEPAL, once you’ve logged in (as a registered user), you can make payments by debit card for the selected debts.
In both cases—whether you receive the unique link by email or use e-CEPAL:
- You are redirected to a secure payment page of a licensed Payment Institution.
- You enter your debit card details yourself without sharing them with any third party.
- You receive an email confirming the transaction details once it is completed.
